Get ready for "PiYo in the Park" this summer with certified instructor Lora Smith! PiYo (a fusion of Pilates and Yoga) is FUNCTIONAL FITNESS with a focus on flexibility and strength that also delivers a cardio effect. You will burn calories, tone muscles, work on balance, stretch and SWEAT to great music! All fitness levels welcome. Bring your yoga mat, a towel, a bottle of water, and come ready to focus on YOU!
